The Culinary Academy at Polaris Career Center will give you the opportunity to explore the culinary profession in one of two exciting programs, Baking & Pastry Arts and Chef Training. Both programs will expose you to a wide variety of practical learning experiences and related academic classes that will give you a general understanding of nutrition, food sanitation, basic culinary techniques, baking and culinary equipment, food preparation, and much more.
