In the 21st century, almost everything we do – work, school, home, leisure, and specifically business – is affected by the Web. With more changes comes more opportunities, and these opportunities will lead us beyond traditional business into what is now known as e-commerce.
The E-Commerce Marketing program at Polaris Career Center will provide you with the fundamental concepts and skills needed to be successful in this constantly changing and exciting way of doing business. Today, e-commerce is a fast-growing career offering many opportunities for growth, advancement, and wealth.
As an E-Commerce Marketing student, you will receive a laptop computer on loan for the duration of the time spent in the program. You will gain an understanding of basic business and marketing concepts with an emphasis on Internet marketing and E-commerce. Students interested in marketing, business management, communication, entrepreneurship, sales, computer applications and web design and development should consider the E-Commerce Marketing program.
