Street Rider Course Agreement

PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION AS YOU MUST AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING OR YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO REGISTER OR PARTICIPATE IN THE COURSE AND YOUR TUITION WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.  IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE CONTACT US AT bc5050@frontier.com.

  1. In order to take this class you must have a valid driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement and preferably successfully completed a BRC course.
  2. You must wear full protective clothing at all times including: A DOT approved helmet, eye protection, long sleeved shirt or jacket, long pants without any holes, full fingered gloves, and sturdy over the ankle foot wear.
  3. All Classes start promptly! Allow sufficient time for traffic, weather. Etc. Please be prompt, as you will not be admitted once the published class time begins, and your tuition is non-refundable.
  4. Passengers are not permitted.
  5. Make sure you know your class date and times when registering for this course as Polaris often conducts many motorcycle classes simultaneously.
  6. Please ride around the South Side of the building and park by the last garage door – it will be open and you will see motorcycles in that area.
  7. You must bring with you:
    1. Proof of insurance including the declaration page from your motorcycle insurance policy so we can verify that you have current liability coverage for bodily injury and property damage equal to or exceeding state minimums.
    2. Your driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement, your motorcycle registration, and your emergency contact information – name and telephone number of someone available during the class we can contact in the event of an emergency.
    3. The MSF “T-CLOCS Inspection Checklist” which you should use to assure your motorcycle is in good operating condition. Please bring a completed copy of the T-CLOCS form with you.
  8. Motorcycles will be inspected by an Instructor prior to the riding session using the T-CLOCS Inspection criteria and Polaris and reserves the right to reject any motorcycle which does not pass the T-Clock criteria or is deemed unsuitable for the course. Note: Your motorcycle may be rejected if the exhausts have been modified in any way.
  9. Walk in Procedure – No waiting list is maintained for this program.  The walk-in procedure is for persons not already enrolled in any other SRC class. Non-registered (walk-in) students will be accepted up to ½ hour prior to scheduled start time if space permits.
  10. Note minors including passengers must have a parent or guardian attend the first ½ hour of class to sign the necessary waivers.
