Pharmacy Technician

The Pharmacy Technician Program might be your prescription for success!

This program prepares students for jobs in retail pharmacies, hospitals and nursing homes.  Pharmacy Technicians assist licensed pharmacists to provide medication and other health care products.  Pharmacy Technician students will have the opportunity to gain practical experience through an externship.  The program prepares students to take the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam.

Students will be required to have a criminal background check, drug screening, and purchase their own uniforms.  Some healthcare systems, physician practices, and/or pharmacies may require immunizations for students participating in externships.

Evening
Monday – Thursday
6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
September 19, 2011 – June 30, 2012 (approximate ending date)

Tuition Fee: $5,995
Tuition includes textbooks and certification examination fee.
