Specialized programming for students with learning differences

Held at Polaris Career Center, this one-year course leads to experience and training inside our mock retail/pharmacy store.

Special Admissions Program - Counselor Recommendation Only

This one-year course is offered only during the afternoon session at Polaris Career Center.  Students learn retail job skills while working in a mock store and have an opportunity to demonstrate skills that include customer interactions, multi-tasking, cash handling procedures, stocking, product presentation, and sanitation. The state-of-the-art equipment and individualized approach to learning, help students prepare for entry-level employment in the retail industry.  Students have the opportunity to job train in the community while enrolled in this program.
