We’re proud to announce the launch of the first-ever Polaris Career Expo, set to take place at the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds on May 16, 2024, from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m. This groundbreaking event will unite two dynamic initiatives – a family career night and community job fair – into one immersive showcase.
The family career night will feature over 150 companies spanning the 16 national career clusters, offering attendees a comprehensive look into various career paths. Alongside dozens of career-related activities, attendees can enjoy food trucks, live music and engaging demonstrations by our adult education, high school and satellite program staff and students.
The job fair, which will run concurrently with the family career night event, will feature representatives from a wide range of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, construction, public safety, service, sales, finance, IT and other in-demand fields. Job seekers are encouraged to bring copies of their resumes and come dressed to interview.
This FREE event is open to the public, offering an invaluable opportunity for individuals of all ages to explore career options, network with industry professionals and gain insights into diverse career paths.
