Our students are taking their talents to the national stage. Eight students from our Business Professional & Office Technology program have earned top honors at the state level and are now headed to compete at the 2026 Business Professionals of America (BPA) National Leadership Conference in Nashville, Tennessee, May 6–10, 2026.
The students delivered an outstanding performance at the BPA State Leadership Conference in Columbus, rising to the top among thousands of competitors from across Ohio. Their success highlights not only their technical expertise, but also their professionalism, dedication and commitment to excellence.
Business Professionals of America (BPA) is the premier Career-Technical Student Organization for students pursuing careers in business, finance, marketing and information technology. With more than 45,000 members across 1,800 chapters nationwide and around the world - and Ohio boasting the second-largest state association with over 13,000 members - BPA provides students with unparalleled opportunities to apply their skills in real-world, competitive environments.
By placing in the top 10 in their respective events, these eight Polaris students have secured their place among the nation’s best. At the National Leadership Conference, they will compete against top students from across the country while also participating in leadership development sessions, networking opportunities and career-focused experiences that will prepare them for future success.

BPA also offers national virtual competitions. The following students in this LINK placed in the top 20 in the nation in the Financial Portfolio Management Competition but did not advance to nationals.
